The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. Derek was responsive and cares for his pups. He took the time to send us documents ahead of time to prepare for potty training and bringing home our puppy. Not only that but spent time chatting with us and what to expect in the sense of how she’d react and best practices for our new addition. I highly recommend their family to anyone who wishes to add a sweet golden to their family and appreciate the follow up to ensure it’s been a good transition for all of us.
